The cape-looking thing that's hanging off her shoulder is supposed to be like... a part of her school uniform when she lived in Arcania. I always feel like even if Oksana tries to look mellow most of the time, her eyes speak for the things she wants to keep to herself.

I guess you could say, her eyes are really transparent. u___u
